109 years ago this month, the Cadet Corps was formed at Whitgift Middle School. Their first duty, unfortunately, was to parade for the funeral of the three Currie brothers, who were killed by a Zeppelin bomb on their home. Trinity Croydon Alumni Trinity School John Whitgift Foundation
