In this recent study, 3 diagnostic errors accounted for 75% of all lg med malpractice claims (38% cancer, 23% CV, 14% infection). I wonder, does the ⬆️ $ associated w Rx perhaps bias us to take shortcuts during diagnosis or is this a knowledge gap? (improvediagnosis.org/news_posts/ana…)
