Trying to get in touch with DS UK about the recall on their exploding airbags….. DS say talk to dealer they will sort it, dealer say talk to DS, they will sort it…. In the meantime my elderly Mum is sat with a car she’s been told not to drive as can cause death….

First ride out on the new toy early doors this morning to avoid the rain. What a machine! Fast, comfortable and so smooth. Only times I’ve ever been the only bike at Matlock Bath.

Little 100 mile round the Peaks this morning to Monyash, Bakewell and few other spots. What an absolute brilliant bike this is, more than enough power, handles well and got off after those miles fresh and ache free. Adore it.

Safe to say what I’m doing tomorrow morning. First proper ride this year, kid at Christmas Eve Syndrome is kicking in!

I know it’s a must but I really dislike cleaning the chain on my Z1000SX, nothing against the bike, just hate cleaning chains in general. All done now though, ready for a run up through Derbyshire Peaks and across Snake Pass tomorrow 😁
