With people I have spoken to inside Iran/ they are downplaying the attack for a domestic audience. Many are even unaware that it occurred. Could this be a way they avoid having to retaliate???

Juror number 4 has also now been excused/ we are down to 5 seated jurors. I’m sure the judge and lawyers worry that even if they are able to seat the jury by EOD tomorrow - a weekend would not be great for people to grapple with the magnitude of this trial.

And now another juror and the veracity of some of their answers to the juror questionnaire are being discussed

Court is up and going for Donald Trump day 3 and they have dismissed a juror - juror #2 - the oncology nurse - because she thought about it and was questioned by people in her life and doesn’t think she can be “fair and impartial” @msnbc NBC News NOW
