Rainfall anomalies for 4 out of the last 5 Februaries. This is just the start as already locked in heating will lead to greater extremes. We’re not coping very well with what we’ve already got, let alone what’s coming.

A wet visit Pleasington GolfClub but great to see the latest phase of course development and continued benefit of pipe drainage for greens. Full credit to Chris and Dave leading the hard working greenkeeping team and to PB for support and driving the clubs ambitions

Great to see the work Jake Field #EdgbastonGolf have been doing and continue to improve the course. Localised Leatherjacket damage and wet conditions dealt with well considering the conditions and course shaping up

Like anything, irrigation systems have a lifespan and eventually need to be replaced. A new system is expensive and doesn't have much "wow factor" for golfers, but the investment will improve course conditions, water use, and operational efficiency for years to come 👇
