Surface ocean acidification data on the Seaspan Royal now includes total inorganic carbon using a @Burke_O_Lator . A first for underway data collection aboard a ship-of-opportunity. A Hakai Institute, Seaspan, and BC Government News Ministry of Food and Agriculture partnership.

Here is a sneak peek of data collected from the Seaspan Royal tug boat on the BC coast. First continuous TCO2 with pCO2 from a vessel-of-opportunity. These first 10 days of data already showing some new insights for constraining calcium carbonate saturation states on this coast.
