Mistake No. 1: Just because of my use of the word "flop" in an earlier post, an opinion you can easily ignore, I'm under fire from fellow foot soldiers. Lesson No. 1: In a struggle, learn to keep your eyes on the big picture without tiny matters turning you on each other.

The Summer Olympic Games' classic sports: Gymnastics, Swimming, and the centrepiece of every Olympics, track and field athletics. I'm looking forward.

My news prediction - Expect a terrorist attack in Paris before the end of the Games of the XXXIII Olympiad in response to the opening ceremony that was dominated by themes of neo-paganism and a homosexual mockery of Leonardo da Vinci's "The Last Supper".

I've just returned from shooting a video of Mbarara, one of the three towns (other two Masaka, Arua) bombed during the 1979 Tanzania-Uganda war. Mbarara is now definitely town No. 2 after Kampala in size of the consumer market, the pace of life, and the people's attitude/dress.

The best thing to have happened to M7 was for People Power to become NUP and join parliament. The salaries, per diem, cars, and trips abroad have softened and corrupted NUP's spirit and resolve, ensuring the party will never expand beyond its current central stronghold.

There is no low that is too low for some African governments these days. None. Everyday, you wake up to another record low broken.
