Timothy Kalyegira Monetary policies, huge welfare systems, unbridled corruption and brain drain coupled with socio-economic restrictions on private business that have exacerbate cost of all projects the government engages with on a tender basis.

'South Africa...has only about 6 percent of [Africa's] people. Yet the country produces two-fifths of Africa's manufactured goods...a fifth of its farm products [and] generates more than half the continent's electricity.'

Reading 19th-century colonial reports on Africa or 2024 Facebook marketing reports, something always strikes me about the Caucasian mind.

It's not just being educated or possessing high IQ.

It's an inner 'awareness', keen powers of observation, perception, found nowhere else.

I wish to apply for a Service Award from the Parliament of Uganda.

Citation: Since 2019, I've been compiling the 1,000 best African pop songs of all-time.

I'm left with Portuguese Africa (Mozambique, Angola, etc.), North Africa, Lesotho, Djibouti, Burkina Faso, and Kenya. 😊

If a White American music producer composes African songs and assembles African singers to perform them under his recording name, should these be categorised as African or as American songs?

Moses Serugo, Omutabaazi β˜₯πŸ†β˜₯ MAYANJA (Nnalubaale Roots Warrior), I need your view.

Let Buganda be an example for Teso and Acholi.

Once Buganda was wounded in May 1966, their message to the UPC was 'We won't take up arms against you. We'll even keep quiet. We'll just never again support you.'

How can those regions vote M7 after the NRA's 1986-2006 brutality?

The World Health Organisation needs to send teams to investigate an outbreak of Stockholm Syndrome in two regions of Uganda, Teso and Acholi.

Most at risk are the educated, urban populations.

Symptoms include a persistent political Yellow Fever.

The main health problems facing Acholi today:

1) Malaria
2) HIV/AIDS
3) Stockholm Syndrome
4) Mental illness
5) Cholera

Disease 3 is spreading rapidly among the white-collar middle-class Acholi.

Said disease refers to when the victim starts to adore his tormentors.

1997 edition
1970s Uganda army:
'Amin's soldiers were cowardly and inexperienced.' (p. 75-76).
1980s UNLA:
'...Obote's regime were busy drinking and getting involved in business deals.' (p. 142)

Question: Does defeating such armies make M7 a military 'genius', as some allege?

If you (CMI, ISO, etc.) must launch a smear campaign against me, my advice is that you space out the posts over weeks and months to make them seem natural, rather than post everything all at once and make it obvious to everyone who you really are.

Just a tip.

'For me when I first felt the impact of AI...was when I realised that you just can't beat the machine. It comes up with so much content in a matter of seconds...and it was a very frustrating moment.'

The statements by Gen. Salim Saleh in Gulu yesterday summed up the last two bizarre years in Uganda -- a great irritation to Museveni and his family, and, as I've been insisting, the CDF appointment and cabinet reshuffle were a move by M7 to disband MK's activities.

Two points as we enter the Easter holiday:

1) Gen. Saleh's tactless swipe at the new CDF and his PLU/MK Movement ('The man had just jumped out of our bag and he was something else.') confirmed that what most saw as the Muhoozi project, the M7 family saw as the Muhoozi problem.

Two points as we enter the Easter holiday:

2) Bobi Wine dropping Mpuuga despite appeals by Katikkiro Mayiga for unity shows a State House mole might have told NUP of M7's plans to do to NUP using Mpuuga what he did to DP using Mao, and NUP acted to avoid the fate of DP and FDC.
