I always recommend spending time sitting with a tree when people are sad, depressed, or anxious. Give it at least 20 minutes for the tree to respond to you. Their energy moves more sedately than ours. If you’re patient the tree will share its energy with you. .....

Just touching a tree can be uplifting, but sitting with one for a while can be quite a revelation. Trees are my go to for staying sane. Bigger, older trees seem wiser and will more readily share themselves in my experience. - Kasandra Ireland
