A successful first responder training was conducted this week for residents in high-risk areas along the Kampala-Gulu Highway. This initiative aims to empower the community with essential skills to effectively respond to road crashes and save lives during the critical first hour.

Designated #crosswalks are not just painted lines on the road; they are vital safety zones. They provide a clear signal to drivers that pedestrians will be crossing, prompting them to stop. Utilizing these marked areas significantly reduces the risk of being crashed by a vehicle.

Last week, we expanded our #SafeSchoolJourneys program by welcoming new members to the School Road Safety Club at Kampala High School. These students will play a crucial role in promoting road safety awareness and practices within their school environment. #RoadSafetyEducation
