Journalist Nguyen Lan Thang has just been sentenced to 6 years in prison + 2 years of house arrest for "propaganda against the state" (#Art117). Vietnam joined the UNHRC to give itself a good image. But the nature of the regime has not changed. Human rights are still violated.
