I sincerely hope this is incorrect as assessing teaching with accuracy, especially during a snapshot, is at best flawed. Will this mean a preferred teaching style? As surely to assess it there has to be a preferred approach. If true, this is a big step backwards

I really worry about the default held by some that when children misbehave it must be SEND. This is both insulting to kids with SEND who do behave & unfair on kids with genuine need who are then ignored. It’s also excuse creating & shows little understanding of most children.
