Time for a change

Every track athlete gets injuries. But being a successful athlete (winning and running fast) includes doing all the work necessary to minimize injuries. All injuries aren’t just bad luck.

This 10,000m race has me glued to the TV. American almost wiped out mid-race but got back on the horse. Ethiopians working together, conversing mid-race. Ugandan asserted dominance with some hand fighting. The drama is phenomenal. Oh yeah and the pace is insane. #Olympics
