In a world that is brutal and unforgiving, learn how to speak life into our black women. Our 100m World Champion Sha’Carri Richardson finally made it happen. To those who doubted and slandered her name, understand that NOTHING stops God from His plans! #WorldAthleticsChamps

Dwight Phillips With current system, yes. Longterm, sport needs restructure. How about a well financed league/Tour w multiple “grand slams”. Less reliance on Worlds/Olympics. Could still be a focus but with only one meet per year being important hurts economics of the sport/athletes bank account

Sifan Hassan’s 2023 🔥 • Wins the London Marathon in 2:18:33 for her marathon debut in April • Runs 14:13.42 for a 5000m European record at the London Diamond League in July • Nearly wins the World Championship 10,000m but falls before the finish

I feel like there should be more awards given than just athlete of the year. What about -Performance of the year -Athlete of the year for jumps, throws, distance and sprints -most improved athlete

One of my future goals is to work full-time within the track & field space ‼️ I don’t usually share my goals, but sometimes it’s nice to put things out there. I feel like I have a lot to offer with my knowledge, a lot of the athletes trust me and my genuine love for the sport.

Every track athlete gets injuries. But being a successful athlete (winning and running fast) includes doing all the work necessary to minimize injuries. All injuries aren’t just bad luck.

This 10,000m race has me glued to the TV. American almost wiped out mid-race but got back on the horse. Ethiopians working together, conversing mid-race. Ugandan asserted dominance with some hand fighting. The drama is phenomenal. Oh yeah and the pace is insane. #Olympics

Hocker won that race, and deservedly so. But what made that an all timer, is that Kerr, Nuguse and Ingebrigsten all could have won with slightly different tactics. Nuguse let Hocker around him on the back straight Kerr went wide on the final turn Jakob led too far

Dear internet Tyreek Hill can NOT beat Noah Lyles to 60m nor 100m Tyreek is an exceptional athlete Noah is making his attempt to create opportunities for track athletes The math doesn’t math Tyreek would be doing very well for himself if he beat his personal best of 10.19

2024 track season - thank you!! This year has been an incredible year for me, attending three meets, including my first ever Diamond League, meeting up with and getting athlete autographs for the first time, as well as my continued growth across my Instagram and Twitter
