Habib Farzad attended a woman's rally on 9/8 & was immediately arrested by the Taliban & tortured while in captivity at PD3. Upon release, he recalls the soldier making a cutting gesture to the neck & said to him, “We can behead you. If you continue. We will kill you for sure.”
