On April 27, EPD organised the 2nd edition of the Awareness Campaign of solar Energy for commercial and industrial (C&I) sector in Rwanda, the event brought together over 100 individuals from C&I companies, government and financial institutions and various energy off takers.

Our C&I member companies showcased some of their projects through detailed presentations as well as exhibitions of their products. They also had time to answer questions from the room regarding their projects and services they offer.

It was fantastic to hear about the progress being made in Rwanda regarding decentralised renewables and discuss some of the technical and commercial challenges in the sector. Lots of opportunities for collaboration!
