GRASSROOTS MISCONDUCT | Over the past four weeks we have reached out to nearly 300 of our referees and parents delivering face to face training and offering practical guidance on how we would like to see acts of misconduct dealing with. Please see below👇 #NRCFAREFDEV 1/3

We are asking all of our players, club officials, parents & other personnel to fully support our approach and ensure they play their part in supporting the enjoyment, protection & retention of our referees. We will be sharing further key messages directly this week. 2/3

The guidance that we have produced will give clubs the opportunity to intervene and take positive action. We ask all teams to appoint a ‘club representative’ for each game & inform the referee who this is prior to KO to help support should any issues arise from sidelines. 3/3
