Curioso que si bajo archivos desde un servidor en EUA usando Izzi directamente la velocidad es cientos de veces menor que si me conecto a un VPN (vía izzi) y de ahí me conecto al mismo servidor. La *no neutralidad* de la red en México es escandalosa.
