Reform UK’s plans to obstruct green energy projects in Lincolnshire put at risk almost £1bn in local investment and more than 12,000 jobs, How many people analysed reform policies before voting for Reform, the party that also voted against worker rights. theguardian.com/politics/2025/…

Thames Water’s CEO defends £195,000 bonus just 3 months into the job. The cult of bonuses is nothing to do with performance. It is for boosting profits by fleecing customers. Nothing will change until water is nationalised and customers vote on exec pay. news.sky.com/story/thames-w…

This is only part of the story. Not only has the fishing industry been given higher priority than other sectors that contribute more to our prosperity, but it turns out 'taking back control' of our waters has limited benefit if it comes with reduced access to key export markets

The fact that Starmer has managed to negotiate a deal to reduce some of the friction caused by Brexit demonstrates that Johnson could have easily done the same, but chose not to for ridiculous ideological reasons of being seen to be diverging from the EU just for the sake of it.

So let me get this right, Starmer has agreed to continue to allow the EU to do something they were already doing, since Brexit? And he's made sure there's less red tape for our Fishing Industry?

Fish & shellfish caught in British waters will now be processed and sold into the EU without veterinary checks, eliminating huge red tape, checks, costs and delays created by Brexit. Given that 70% of seafood caught in UK is sold in EU, this is a big win. Ignore fibbing Farage!

...thus making it all but impossible for the Conservatives to be the party of business at the next election She has made this commitment before we get any evidence of whether this deal helps the economy BECAUSE SHE DOESN'T CARE WHETHER OR NOT IT HELPS THE ECONOMY Massive error

Nigel Farage is absolutely furious about the Brexit deal. But not quite furious enough to be arsed to turn up to Parliament to debate it.

I’m sooo sick and tired that every time something happens/there’s a tragedy in this country that instead of sending prayers to the victims and their families, they go straight to questioning the ethnicity of the perpetrator. They give zero fycks about the poor victims and will

Reform's strategy is to paralyse councils, not run them, then use social media to get the public to blame Westminster for the chaos. Again, straight out of the 1930s Germany playbook. It's treason

I’m not saying Brexit was inevitable but some parts of the British electorate are having Botox and bum lifts done in public urinals.

Has Rupert Lowe cancelled his now utterly pointless, toothless kangaroo court inquiry, yet? Has he refunded the donors? Let the official state one do the job. It has power - Rupert's doesn't.

Before Brexit the UK was about as rich as Germany, and richer than France. Now it is much poorer than either, by 2030 we will be poorer than Poland, and by 2040 we will be poorer than all 27 EU countries. The magic of Brexit.
