Matthew Perna was a 37-year-old Penn State graduate who committed s—icide by hanging after he was convicted over Jan. 6. He was posthumously pardoned by President Trump.

This is just a small glimpse at how egregious most of J6 cases were handled. These defendants were denied basic human rights- access to their lawyers, solitary confinement for weeks on end. Political prisoners.
