Just “saw” (virtually) my 1st COVID19 IBD pt. A 31 y/o F in remission on IFX q8 wks monoRx currently midcycle with primarily flu like sxs that started 11 days ago. Fevers x2d and on q4h nebs for asthma exacerbation. Doing well at home. Expecting more...
