called my landlord and now 3 people have come to watch the water drop. thats so useful and cool im glad the water had be perceived by multiple people. that totally help the situation. landlords really are useful.

4th floor tenants let the water running when going on vacation. the whole building need new ceilings (same neighbors who used my balcony as an ashtray btw)
