What happens when a company fires a good chunk of staff? For one, companies with formerly high Glassdoor reviews plummet to very low ones. These companies don’t like this: it’s not why they pay for Glassdoor. So they remove many of these. Hearing of several such stories.

Good customer service from Decathlon UK in Cambridge. Bought inflatable canoe for £250. Two weeks later, they reduced it to £200. We hadn't used it, so they let us return it and immediately re-buy it, with a minimum of push-back.

I really cannot stand the results of Apple’s computational photography. It would be a massive upgrade if I could just turn it off. If I’d wanted my photos reimagined as oil paintings, I’d have installed an app for that.

Please GOD if Labour get in (I won’t say “when”; the Gods are listening) can we NOT do the whole “Let’s draw a line under the past and move forward” shit that fucking liberals always do, have some REAL investigations into Tory corruption and GET SOME OF THESE CUNTS IN JAIL?

How is “losing the whip” a punishment? You get to keep your job in parliament, but with the freedom to vote however you like! Parties don’t actually have any power to sack MPs. Yet another reminder that the whole system is just gestures and symbolism and that rheeeeeeerrrr noise.
