Great to catch up earlier today with Victoria as she embarks on a freelance consultancy career.

Quick visit to #Bulwell Riverside to see plans for public realm improvements for Bulwell Bogs, Market Place and Main Street. Interesting proposals but appear to lack detail of how they facilitate the wider regeneration of the area. My thoughts will be submitted over the weekend.

Finally completed the first draft of my response to National Planning Policy Framework (#nppf) consultation. Will finalise tomorrow. Lots of good stuff in there, especially plan led stem, but major challenges in implementation including capacity and skills in #planning teams.
