Good luck to Old Northamptonians U19s who are representing Northamptonshire at the East Midlands U19s regional finals day at Spalding CC on Sunday. 🤞 They play Oakham in the semi-final with Plumtree and Spalding the other fixture. Best of luck, lads! 🏵️
Congratulations to Old Northamptonians U19s for reaching the East Midlands regional final at Spalding Cycling Club yesterday. 👏 Unfortunately they lost by 8 wickets to Plumtree CC in a rain reduced match but should be proud of their efforts regardless. 🙌
Peter Borwick #166 represented Great Britain at the 1948 London Olympics (three-day eventing) after playing for Northamptonshire Steelbacks in 1932, while Denis Vann #185 combined cricket for the County and Old Northamptonians with rugby for Northampton Saints 😇. Both were born OTD in 1913 and 1916 respectively
