The hurling road show heads to York this Saturday as we host Fullen Gaels GAA Manchester Liverpool Wolfe Tones & Ceann Creige Hurling and Camogie Club at York St John University playing fields. All support on the day from any locals keen to see a bit of hurling would be appreciated York Irish. Our first game throws in at 12pm.

A successful days hurling in York sees us qualify for the semi finals of the All Britain hurling shield. The lads rounded off their league campaign with a 2:12 to 0:05 win over Liverpool Wolfe Tones. Thanks to the Liverpool lads for travelling across, see you in the Lancashire lg.

Our second game of the day saw us take on Ceann Creige Hurling and Camogie Club in a challenge game with the Glasgow club running out 0:11 to 1:5 winners with back to back games proving tough in the conditions. Safe travels back home lads and cheers for a cracking game.

The final game of the day saw Liverpool Wolfe Tones take on Ceann Creige Hurling and Camogie Club in the final league game with the Liverpool lads winning 0:17 to 2:7 A cracking days hurling and thanks to @york_gaa for their support with organising the pitch and changing facilities
