We had a fun day with our Matter & Energy unit today. We experienced and identified changes in materials caused by heating 🖍️(changes from solid to liquid). In math, students showed off their ➕Addition/➖Subtraction to 10 strategies. So proud of these 1st graders McElwain Elementary

Pumpkin Investigation Day! Students used their senses and adjectives to describe the inside and outside of the pumpkin—- and predicted how many seeds could be inside the pumpkin. We finished our investigation with a fun pumpkin craft. So much fun! 🎃
