The Bybit hack is yet another reminder that we always need to consider counterparty risk. Especially in crypto. The larger this market gets and the higher the prices get... managing risk and security becomes more critical, but it's often when we get the most complacent.

The recent super fund hacks reinforce why the first item I address or design for blockchain projects is protecting capital. Wallet structure and setup can LITERALLY determine if your project fails or has an opportunity to thrive

Why clients and accountants ask me to reconcile crypto transactions.... When you have to upload CSV files for multiple exchanges but the time zones for the csv files are different... if you don't correct them, the negative balances inflate the capital gains 😬 #cryptotax
