One of the story videos that the children have responded to most at home was this one - There’s a Monster in Your Book by Tom Fletcher 😁 I did all of actions the book tells you to do and asked the children to join in at home too. It was great and seemed to be a big hit! 😄

I set this task with an option of turning it into a longer project to work on over Easter 🐣 😊 ♻️

I set a ‘Roll a Story’ task and absolutely loved the responses I got from the children! Their ideas were superb. They by no means had to write a story - I just wanted them to think about the structure and tell me their idea 📖 I gave a link to some online dice too.

The children have been telling me about their workouts with Joe Wicks every morning at 9, so I thought it was only right that their class buddy and pet joined in too! 😆

I find that using physical objects to plan out sentences really helps some children, so at school we have a box of pebbles which we call ‘planning pebbles’✍️I sent out a tutorial to the parents/children & lots have been using the technique at home but with potatoes and pasta😁🥔
