I’m late to the party but I highly recommend this book by Chris van Tulleken 🏳️‍🌈 !! He doesn’t sit on a high horse & lecture us about how we’re hurting ourselves. He writes so personably & Is very relatable. Best non fiction I’ve read this year. Sorry James O'Brien . ✌️💚
