From MaTCH it looks like one of the few traits which passes the (very crude) rMZ>2rDZ test for non-additive genetic influences (which will inflate h2 in a twin ACE model).

@michelnivard Qiongshi Lu Tim Frayling UK Biobank In the AD GWAX, we actually included participant’s year of birth as categorical covariates. When we followed Marioni et al, we additionally added parental age (either current or age at death) as categorical covariates. Neither could remove the bias as shown in Fig.5 here
