Edinburgh Bus Users Group SW20 Kingsknowe reopening the joint work of city Corporation, Scottish Railway Development Association and a specific Kingsknowe RDA set-up for the purpose. They got BR to take a business case to the Minister of Transport. I think it was first full re-opening in Scotland
