Pre-season training ✅(aka too much of the good stuff!). Am now in proper training mode for 42klms marathon walk raising money for Ronald McDonald House in 8 weeks time. Bit worried I might not be ready so I cranked out 20klms this morning before 10am. Glorious morning 👌
