I can watch this all day. This is what cyclists experience every ride but have to give way for self-preservation; not so much trams.

Day 1 - ish The site has been cleared of unwanted shrubs and stuff. A few deep holes dug to check the drainage.

Days 2 to 4 Digging out the foundations and taking delivery of the rainwater harvesting tank, it’s huge.

Day 5 The Pour. 7 trucks loads later and we are done. Time to let it set and then clear some of the spare muck from the site.
