Follow interests.
Play the long game.
The happier you are the more creative you are.

If you are interested in starting something, Monday morning is a reminder that you still haven't.

And if truth be told, you've been saying it for a while.

- I know I did that for years.
- It's risky.
- The unknowns are scary.

Tip: Don't start small. Start tiny

But start

A truth we all know, but don't practice.

- Everything is downstream of consistency.

You show up each day.
You try to get better each day.
You try to help others.

Shortcuts promise you this isn't so.
You have to try them once or twice to find out the truth.

- It often is boring.
- There is no quick win.

Success is...

- Not having to go to a meeting but wanting to.
- Finishing on time each day.
- Working with people who care.
- Doing work that feels like play.

Stay in your lane.

Be consistent.
Help others.
Enjoy it.

Not much more to it.

Success comes from sustained effort.

The sustained bit is important.

- That bit is you looking after you bit.
- You know, sleep.
- Eating well.

Your body is a job.
Your happiness is a job.
Your fitness is a job.

Do that well, and you will do everything well.

Is this it?

- It's Monday morning.
- A time for reflection.
- Truth gets told here.

Somehow the commute always seems a little longer.

- But don't measure it in miles.
- Or how long it took.
- Measure it by is it taking you toward your dream or away from it.

Maybe you shouldn't start your own thing.

- Entrepreneurship isn't for everyone.
- It's a rollercoaster.
- Uncertainty is guaranteed.

What if your best opportunity was where you are right now?

Are you taking advantage of it?
Or are you taking it for granted?

Hmmm...

Failing is not failure.

- You had an idea.
- It didn't work.
- Big deal.

BTW: You learned a bunch of stuff.

True failure is to never start.

There is patience.
