Activity trackers like my fitbit should include breastfeeding as an activity to log for calories burned. It’s hard to get an accurate daily snapshot without it.

2mo of elimination diet and our sweet baby is FINALLY 100% better. We’re still reintroducing, but suspect dairy & soy protein intolerance. If you have friends who have food allergies or kiddos with them, give them a lot of love bc this 💩 is hard and others have it so much worse
