What’s most shocking about this clip isn’t the nasty revelations from our now PM It’s the stark realisation of how much the BBC has nosedived since the days of meaningful Govt scrutiny Can you imagine the BBC having the balls to do this now?

We love the NHS, they said. NHS staff are heroes, they said. NHS forever, they said. All the whole quietly siphoning huge tranches of NHS care into US corporate hands. Please RT if you won’t stand for it. theguardian.com/society/2021/f…

This is the paperwork required to send one order to the EU now. Previously zero. £100k / year of Veterinary inspection fees now, previously £0. Very annoying/ costly for an established business like us, crippling for a small company! Emailed Greg Hands , no response...

Glad to have been able to vote in Lords debate on Fire Safety Bill, and to support the cladding victims who need this matter resolving urgently - not to have to wait on a different Bill. Amendment by Bp St Albans carried by 326 to 248.

The Lords just did something pretty rare and refused to pass the Government’s Fire Safety Bill. Instead they added an amendment by The Rt Hon Stephen McPartland which wants leaseholders protected from cladding/building safety costs. Now the Govt faces a possible Tory rebellion in the Commons

📢 The Fire Safety Bill will be back in the House of Commons on Monday 22 March. EVERYONE must email their MP *NOW* and ask them to VOTE for the McPartland Smith Amendment. Please get onto EVERY neighbour, family, friend, colleague to write to their MP. #StrongerTogether

A bill of £79,000. Payable in 1 month. To fix a problem we are in no way responsible for creating. We urge our MPs to do the only just, moral & honourable thing to do & vote for the McPartland Smith Amendment on Monday. Thank you. #BuildingSafetyCrisis

He did it *instead* of accepting help from companies with experience and/or relevant expertise that also pay tax to the Treasury that funds the NHS. And it is very hard to find anyone who thought Dyson would produce any ventilators. (He didn’t.) So dodgy, rum & sleazy covers it.

Dr Rachel Clarke (@doctor_oxford) 's Twitter Profile Photo

To be clear, Boris Johnson ignored qualified suppliers to favour a mate (& tax exile) whose first concern was *not* helping others but securing illegal tax breaks. And if you really can’t see why that’s dodgy, rum & sleazy, Boris Johnson, you don’t deserve to be prime minister.

Builders who installed deadly cladding on Grenfell Tower have given £2.5 million to the Tory party since the tragedy. £50k personally to Boris Johnson. This is bribery, no? thetimes.co.uk/article/builde…

I published evidence of gross illegality by the campaign led by the now Prime Minister in the most highly contested vote of recent times & I can never be forgiven

Following stunning assertions from Matt Hancock that he had no idea of the relationship between Palantir, Faculty, and Cambridge Analytica: “um… I don’t think I’m aware of that, no” - The Citizens feels this claim raises serious questions that need to be addressed. THREAD:

If Matt Hancock doesn't know that Palantir has links to Cambridge Analytica, then he's either lying, or he is incompetent and should not be in charge of our sensitive data.
