A4. Managers may appear to be technically ready to fulfill a certain position without the proper character and perspective to lead a team of people. #PRStudChat

A4. This is not true in any case! Every team, whether a small department, an entire corporation, or something in between can and should have a leader. This is a great opportunity for aspiring leaders to rise up in a situation and demonstrate their skills. #PRStudChat

A6. Leadership development can happen as soon as possible. I love hearing how much leadership is now being taught in school. Through opportunities like internships, I can practice my leadership skills when working on different teams and projects #PRStudChat

A6. As an intern Atlantic Health, I am able to contribute to brainstorming sessions and team meetings due to the leadership positions I've previously held and the practice I've had with collaboration. #PRStudChat
