Star Trek taught me how to strive to be a better human. It taught me to pursue knowledge and to seek out diversity in all forms. Trek taught me that it's far more brave to be hopeful than cynical. Thanks Gene, we're not there yet. But we're going, boldly.

I think Star Trek very much says that if we are smart, if we are compassionate, and if we work hard, tomorrow CAN be a better place. Today (Aug 19) we celebrate what would have been the 103rd birthday of Trek's creator, Gene Roddenberry. Happy birthday, Gene!

I can't wait to play this game when it releases on Steam. Been looking forward to this one for a long time.

So the Xbox strategy seems clear (to me). Xbox is a GamePass machine, PS5 and Steam is where they make their software sales. Microsoft is happy if you buy an Xbox, but also happy if you buy their game elsewhere. Now, it'll be interesting to see if it works for them.
