While in T&T, I was delighted to present Ms Shalom Shenelle Teelucksingh with a letter confirming the awarding to her of a @DFATirl funded fellowship to study at Atlantic Technological University. Ms Teelucksingh will be the first Ireland Fellow from 🇹🇹, and we can’t wait to welcome her to our own island!
