Pork ribs, peach tea glazed pork belly, Frito pie sausage, kielbasa, scalloped potatoes, gouda Mac and cheese, jalapeño slaw, poblano creamed corn, beans, and peaches and cream rice pudding for dessert. Interstellarbbq deserves its place in The New York Times ’ Top 25 Austin Restaurants.
