Bear in mind he came into power in 2020 and couldn’t even leave the country for about the first year. The press should look at each trip, what Siku promised and what was delivered. Also, look at the cost of each one. Airport send off, allowances etc Times 360 Malawi

You just need to get a mask and stick your head in the water to see the most amazing array of small, brightly coloured fish. It’s like being a gigantic aquarium. 🐠

I think there should be bets on for how long an asylum seeker takes to travel back to the U.K. after being deported to Rwanda. Could be a race across the world special I’m ashamed of my government today. Idiots.

I’ve read the government’s response to the Select Committee’s Inquiry into Ofsted’s Work with Schools, and it is the most pathetic excuse for can-kicking inaction I have ever seen. It is an absence of a response, a vacuum of responsibility, a void of accountability…

What I love is that most people in the U.K. don’t realise that if you’ve got a passport from many countries, you need a visitor's visa in advance of flying or you’re not allowed on the flight. They aren’t easy to get, and often get refused. This man wouldn’t be allowed one.

The boy in the selfie is from the house in the first photo. The woman in the second photo is part of the campaign group in the fourth photo. Given how leafy Wimbledon is, they didn’t find a huge number of people to chat to and photograph.

Is The Times and The Sunday Times trying to write the most tasteless and tin eared article of the year? I am shocked. Glamourising a mass murderer like this is disgusting. Where’s the article: ‘Why do women suffer violence at the hands of men?’ I’m close to cancelling my subscription.

Does anyone know what has happened with #lunjika school in #mzimba? I’ve seen a letter saying every student has to pay 30k before retuning because of the riots. I’m 😡, boy I sent there started a month late and I paid full fees already. #Malawi

Good article from August about the fuel crisis. If the importers are paying similar to black market rate for dollars, it’s no wonder there’s no fuel. BM rate is around 2,600 per dollar. When deval happened & fuel went up, it was 1,700 to the dollar. mwnation.com/fuel-calamity/

This is the first post with suggestions rather than saying things need to change and it makes sense to me. Minimum wage is 90,000 now but apart from that, it’s spot on. I agree, I don’t know how people are surviving.
