Research in Jurnal Berita Ilmu Keperawatan shows blue & green light chromotherapy reduced mean blood pressure in a treatment group from 172/96mmHg to 158/93. Researchers measured stress with the DASS24. Stress scores reduced from a mean of 59,48 to 40,10. ow.ly/aeVV50PvWjJ
