We tested out the effects of water resistance on the surface area of objects in our science lesson today! We observed that the smaller the surface area, the quicker the object will move through water!

We have been making frame structures in our D&T sessions over the past few weeks! We have used the techniques of joining and triangulation to keep our structures sturdy @HJAMrsEllis

On Monday, we went to St Mary's Church and sang Christmas carols to go alongside the retelling of the nativity story! Thanks for having us Viv Froggatt Annemarie Williams

Thank you to parents for coming in to celebrate World Book Day with us in year 5 today! A nice way to end a nice week!

We've started our trip with a lovely visit to Leicester Cathedral and we have learnt about Richard IIIs tomb and place of burial!
