Unimpressed with JABRA UK&I customer service. I've spent hours going bank and forth with their robotic replies. Second faulty product and totally losing faith.

Social peeps! I've been having a play with Zoho Social and I'm liking it. Had a period of trying to get by on FB and IG native which was painful. This has been a gamechanger. Granted there are more expensive tools that I've also liked it. But I'm feeling that this is good enough.
