The current Illinois High School Association #IHSA football playoff system is a complete joke. Education, and the opportunities associated with it, are supposed to be equitable and fair. However, there is nothing equitable, or remotely fair, about this system. It’s a complete farce.

It's important to use data and look at the numbers. *2024- Private schools made up 10% of playoff field, won all 7 of championships they were in. * 2024-Private schools went 49-12 vs. Public in playoffs.
