#RESCUE Lifesaver 23 tasked to #PedroPoint to boat in difficulty. Swimmer winched down and swam to boat to check welfare. Anchor line snapped and started to drift towards beach. Moruya IRB towed out of break to Marine Rescue NSW and rescue swimmer retrieved
