I learned this morning from my colleague Greg's presentation on neurodiversity that there is a font called OpenDyslexic! opendyslexic.org I love this, "Dyslexic Thinking is now officially recognized as a valuable skill."

This week I am committed to giving my staff reflection time to evaluate their grading systems. Do they align to what we value? Do they align to student learning? Will they help care givers understand what their child needs in terms of support?
