Not too many members need this reminder anymore, but a handful can use it: Uncasing and casing your firearm should be done at the shooting line and facing the berm or backstop. If you open a case and the gun is pointed behind you or in another direction, turn the case.

We're coming up on the 1st Saturday of the month which means it's another work party morning. Members, we've got a variety of tasks that need to be done around the club. If you can lend a hand for a while, it would be appreciated.

September is the month that our sunset hours close the outdoor ranges before 7:00pm. While it doesn't happen until near the end of the month, we're losing daylight fast this month. Don't worry, the indoor range is open 24/7 if there's no event going on!

Time is running out and we're going to send them out to the candidates next week so they have them in time to submit to the NRA. Find them in the hallway. They are just asking for signatures and a vote from you - they will do the heavy lifting to get things back on track.

It's another work party weekend. Tomorrow from 8am to noon, members who can volunteer around the club would be most appreciated! As usual, coffee and snacks will be provided. ☕️
