I just don’t get how we don’t see the white supremacy!! I don’t get it!! How long will we let this go on? We all know it’s wrong but no one is doing anything to change it. We get the story and facts time and time again but white supremacy is still our country’s biggest problem.

Many Black scientists fall through the cracks during their postdoc; I almost did myself.
