Look, talent comes everywhere, but having something to say and a way to say it to have people listen to it, that’s a whole other bag-JM True for every profession. A lot of aspiring young strength coaches they know their stuff but can they say it a way to get people to listen.

In honor of my 22nd fall camp I ran 16 110s today. I hit all my times for the 22nd straight year. I know 110s get a lot of hate but if a 40 something can make the times it is not a hard test. Not the best but not "hard". My hot take!
